Booking/Cancelation Policy

All Bookings require a NON-REFUNABLE deposit to secure appointment.

This well be redeemable at time of treatment. 

Clients are required to give a minimum of 48hrs notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will mean you lose your deposit no matter the circumstance. 

No shows will forfeit deposit and be charged 50% of the treatment cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We understand that unexpected circustances can occur so we are more than happy to apply your deposit as a credit against your client records for you to use at a later date. Notice is all we kindly ask.
